Meet Lesley Carreira, the owner and founder of Oh My Gifts. OMG!, an online shopping platform created to supply a wide variety of unique gifts, trending toys and whatever else I can find that I think is super cute or super unique. Not only providing for every member of the family and every occasion but also catering to any budget.
Lesley is a serial entrepreneur and has had a string of small businesses since the age of 16. In 2021, what started as a side hustle to supplement her full-time income. In 2022, after a series of events, her corporate career came to an end, but as she says, it was God’s way of nudging her to look within herself, to believe in herself and that is how OMG became her full-time business. Her tenacity to see things through, she signed up for different training courses, watched YouTube videos and built her business up from having zero experience in e-commerce. She built her own website, uploads her own stock images, does her own social media posts and handles the packaging and admin all by herself.
Lesley is renowned for her Customer service, she has over 90% of her database as return clients, so she has her finger on the pulse of her business. I admire her “I can do this” attitude and she is always the willing student to learn new ways of doing things better for herself, her business and her family.
