Meet Michelle Hill, founder, owner and baker extraordinaire of @Home_iswherethecakeis. Now many may know this face already – you have either purchased one of her delicious eats, decorated one of her sugar cookies or you have heard that she is HeartFM’s 2023 winner for MOST LOVED LOCAL BUSINESS.
After working years as an Occupational Therapist, Michelle has found her passion and release for her creativity in creating phenomenal cakes and treats. Naturally creative, you will find her baking a cake, repurposing furniture or doing woodwork, gardening, painting and various arts and crafts. She also has a love for the outdoors.
She claims she is an amateur marathon runner, but I will not deny that I envy her discipline to train. This is just one of her many attributes that makes her a woman of worth – not afraid of a challenge, her faith and just her genuine kindness towards others.
