Sadicka Isaacs

Meet Sadicka Isaacs-Bartlett, club owner of Flairs Gymnastics. If I had to do my own 30 under 30, then Sadicka would definitely feature.

She started Rope Skipping at her local community centre in Hanover Park, where she worked hard and achieved her Junior Federation colours, representing South Africa at the 2008 World Championships. In 2012, she entered full-time coaching qualifying as a Rope Skipping coach and judge, as well as completing the International FIG Foundation course. Since there, Sadicka has coached Rope skippers to National Championships and winning many national medals.

Currently, she is the programme manager for Ropse Skipping for the Western Cape Gymnastics Association. Flairs Gymnastics has moved away from high performance aerobic gymnastics, to a space that is accessible for all ages and abilities.

When not at work, Sadicka loves spending time outdoors with her family and furbabies.

If you have little ones who would love to have fun, fitness and friendship, then you should look into the Flairs available classes close to you.
